Hi, my name is Jessica Rousseau and I am one of the senior dancers at ODPAS Roots! I have been dancing at ODPAS for 12 years now and many more to come!  I have been so blessed to be surrounded by such amazing peers and teachers throughout my dance training.  I train seriously multiple days a week which helps me prepare a great path for my future. Through the classes I take and as well as the enrichment program I have learned so much to help me get ready for my future hopes and dreams. The things I have learned include great sportsmanship, taking care of my well being as an athlete, expressing myself as an artist and so much more! I have some huge plans for my future! My goal is to go to BBRC to acquire my business degree and then my dream is to attend VCU’s dance program to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography! These things will be very beneficial to me because my goal is to open my own studio as well as being a choreographer. Of course I would love to perform as a dancer in different shows but we will have to see what auditions come my way as a performer! Like they say you never know what the future has in store for you! So on that note not only the studio but myself as a dancer would greatly appreciate any sort of donation put towards our program! Your donation can keep us dancers dancing and it will help us afford future training opportunities to make us not only better dancers but better individuals!
